Family Therapy

We offer weekly family therapy and incorporate family therapy with our individual clients. Whether parents join the last few minutes to round out the session or helping your child open up to you about what they are going through, we can explore a variety of methods to incorporate the entire family to support your current needs.

Group Therapy
Groups build social skills, self-confidence and help children feel less alone with whatever they may be going through.
Upcoming Group: Pre-Teen and Teen Girl Anxiety Group.
Help your child enter the school year with confidence! In this group, girls will reflect, share and gain DBT emotion regulation skills. This will help lower the volume on the worry and stress and increase their self-esteem.
